At Meraki, every piece is made with intention. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review our policy before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or failure to review product details before ordering.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

SIZING

Please carefully review our size chart before ordering. We are not responsible for orders placed in the incorrect size. If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the measurements provided for each product before purchasing.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders are considered final sale. Because items are produced specifically based on customer orders, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL]. Include your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange or replacement.

SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
